Where We Ship

Currently, Chillycloud ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding to international destinations in the future – stay tuned!

1. Order Processing Time

We understand you’re excited to receive your new clothes. That’s why we prioritize fast and efficient processing.

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  – Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 2 PM EST) are typically processed the same day or next business day
  – Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

U.S. Postal Holidays

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:

• New Year’s Day (January 1)
• Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)
• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (First Monday in September)
• Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
• Christmas Day (December 25)

Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Method

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

• Shipping Time: 5-7 business days
  – Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location within the U.S. and seasonal demand (e.g., holidays)

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with trusted national carriers, including:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• UPS
• FedEx

Your order may be shipped using any of these carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination. We carefully select the best option to ensure your items arrive on time and in perfect condition.

4. Flat-Rate Shipping Cost

We like to keep things simple and affordable:

• Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 on all orders
  – No matter how big or small your order, you’ll pay the same low shipping fee
  – No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure that your shipping address is:

• Complete and accurate (including apartment/unit numbers)
• Located within the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii

We are unable to ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

7. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Holidays or peak shopping seasons
• Carrier disruptions

If you experience a significant delay or do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact our support team. We are here to help resolve any shipping concerns promptly.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Please check around your property, with neighbors, or your building’s front desk
• If the package is still not located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
