1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items. This extended period allows you to shop with confidence, knowing you have time to ensure each item is just right.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and original labels must remain attached
- Items should be returned in original packaging, if possible
Please note: Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
2. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items in our collection, including:

3. Easy Returns – How It Works
Returning an item is quick and straightforward:

– Your order number
– Details of item(s) you wish to return or exchange
– The reason for return
– Photos (required only for damaged or incorrect items) - Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the provided return address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a Chillycloud error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
- For returns due to personal reasons (size, style preference, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds – What to Expect
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you promptly. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Seamless Exchanges
Looking for a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help.
- Simply follow the return process and indicate your preferred exchange item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll dispatch the replacement at no extra shipping charge (for the first exchange)
Exchanges are dependent on stock availability.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
